1. About These Services

haagsman.ai is an AI strategy and transformation consulting practice operated by Niels Haagsman, based in Oakland, California. Services include enterprise AI consulting, AI automation setup for small and mid-size businesses, training, and turnkey agent ecosystems.

2. Engagement Terms

All consulting engagements are governed by a separate statement of work (SOW) or engagement letter agreed upon before work begins. These terms apply to your use of this website and general interactions with haagsman.ai. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed SOW, the SOW takes precedence.

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each engagement agreement. No obligation arises from initial consultations or conversations unless formalized in writing.

3. Use of AI Tools

AI tools and models are used as part of the service delivery process. This includes but is not limited to research, analysis, content drafting, and building agent systems. All AI-assisted output is reviewed and validated before delivery. You will be informed when AI tooling forms a material part of a deliverable.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in an engagement agreement: deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment. Methodologies, frameworks, tools, and general know-how developed by haagsman.ai remain the intellectual property of Niels Haagsman and may be reused across engagements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. Implementation decisions remain with the client. haagsman.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, recommendations, or content on this website. Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared during engagements is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed. Specific confidentiality terms may be outlined in individual engagement agreements or NDAs.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as outlined in the applicable SOW. For website access, haagsman.ai reserves the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
